In order to maintain safety at Pembina Hills (PHSD) schools, all doors, including front doors, at all schools will be locked except for arrival, departure and recess times. 

The procedure for all guests arriving at Neerlandia Public Christian School (NPCS), will be:

• Guests must press the buzzer to the right of the front door
• Someone in the office will identify who the visitor is and unlock the door
• Guests must come to the office to check in
• Also, students who are late must come to the office to check in before going to class

Guests include contractors, PHSD employees who do not regularly work at our school, parents and community members; overall, guests are considered anyone who is not a student or staff member at NPCS.

Neerlandia Public Library patrons will also have to use the buzzer and identify themselves before gaining access to the building while students are at school.
