“Neerlandia Public Christian School will provide a Christ-centred education so that students are equipped to serve God joyfully in all areas of life.”
“Learning To Serve”
Early in 1915 a school had started in Neerlandia, however it was not until 1917 that Shoal Creek School District #3460 was formed and finally in 1919 the first school building was opened. Although Neerlandia School has always been under the public school umbrella, it has had a tradition of providing Christian education. In 1995 it received official Alternative School Status and hence we have our present title: Neerlandia Public Christian School.
Our goal as a school community is to acknowledge and encourage the development of each individual’s God given gifts and equip them in learning to serve God joyfully in all areas of life. Presently, Neerlandia Public Christian School serves 180 students in grades K to Gr. 9.
