Transportation forms for School Outside of Attendance area – Families that already send their child(ren) to NPCS should have received a letter in the mail in March. Form 5-01B needs to be completed for each CHILD (this is not a family form – there needs to be one completed for each child). This form can be downloaded from our ‘Registration folder’ found on this website. New registrations need to complete 2 forms: F5-01A & F5-01B (need to be signed by principals). Because of the COVID-19 school offices as well as transportation offices will be closed after April 17. Therefore, please email renewal forms directly to firstname.lastname@example.org

In regards to payments: Gr. 1-9 students need to pay $460. for the school year and Kindergarten students need to pay $230 (only attend on Tues. & Thurs.) Anyone who pays their fee prior to June 30 and have been riding the bus will insure a spot on the bus. After June 30, any remaining seats will be filled on a first come, fist served basis and fees are due by Aug. 15, 2020. Failure to submit your forms and fees in full prior to Aug. 15 will indicate that you do not require transportation services.

In the past our NPCSC/NCES (Parent Council) has paid a certain portion back to the parents and they will continue to do so for the upcoming year. Please save your receipts to be handed in to them in the fall.
